Abstract

The mystical didactic texts, which have been increasingly popular in Sufism and mysticism since the 5th century A.H and are known as "narrative texts", are considered as a great capacity for studies related to the field of mysticism due to the mystical experiences of the authors who have undergone a special form of life under the education of sheikh of a particular mystical school. The present article relies on some aesthetic principles of this method based on the book "Language of Poetry in Sufi Prose" written by Dr. Mohammad Reza Shafiei Kadkani, two texts by Mursada al-Abad written by Najmuddin Razi and Insan al-Kamal written by Azizuddin Nasafi, who are both are students of the school of Najmuddin Kabri, have been studied. It was found that both texts introduce two different aspects of the concept of a perfect human due to the difference in quality at two different linguistic levels. The text of Mursad al-Abad presents a royal and royal image of man due to the poetic prose written according to the literary taste of Khawas.
