Abstract

The present article uses a descriptive-analytical method to examine spiritual health in Ibn Arabi's views. Spiritual health is one of the four types of health and one of the important dimensions of holistic health, and Ibn Arabi is also a central figure in Islamic mysticism who, in his works, has explained spiritual concepts that reflect his profound view of the relationship between spirituality and health. This research shows that the indicators of spiritual health, which include relationships with oneself, others, nature, and a higher power, generally refer to the three main components of man - God - nature, which can be searched for in the works and ideas of Ibn Arabi in the form of the theories of the perfect man, unity of existence, and ontology. Of course, it should be taken into account that Ibn Arabi's ideas are rooted in the hidden layers of the Quran and reflect it. In spiritual health, where man is the main pillar, everything revolves around him, and man is like a pilgrim on this path who, by going beyond appearances, steps towards his existential truth, or in other words, his spiritual health.
The purpose of the present study is to examine how to utilize the teachings and theories of the Sheikh to achieve and strengthen spiritual health in today's modern world.
